Welcome to WatchDog Live, a real-time incident reporting and live-stream overlay platform operated by Codex Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using WatchDog Live (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, creators, producers, and other users of the Service. Certain features may be subject to additional terms presented at the time of use.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious incident reports.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these provisions.

3. User Content

The Service allows you to submit incident reports, text content, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Codex Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service, including for purposes such as the public incident feed and stream overlays.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

4. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WatchDog Live is a tool for creators to report and share information in real time. We do not verify the accuracy of any incident reports submitted by users. Content marked as "approved" has been reviewed by the creator or their designated producers but does not constitute verification by Codex Labs LLC.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEX LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
